Game Development That Actually Works
We've spent years building mobile platform games in Taiwan's competitive market. Not the flashy kind that disappear after launch—the type that people keep coming back to. Our team focuses on mechanics that feel right and worlds that players genuinely want to explore.
Custom Game Design
We build platform games from scratch. Your concept, our technical experience. From initial sketches to polished mechanics, we work through every iteration until it feels natural in the player's hands.
Performance Optimization
Mobile devices in Taiwan range from flagship models to budget phones. We test across that spectrum and make sure your game runs smoothly on all of them, not just the newest hardware.
Gameplay Refinement
The difference between good and great often lives in the details. We spend time on jump curves, response timing, and visual feedback—those small touches that make players feel connected to what's happening on screen.
How We Think About Development
Most studios start with a document and hand it off to developers. We do things differently. Our approach mixes design and development from day one because that's when you catch the problems that matter.
Nils Bergström leads our technical direction. He's been building games since mobile platforms actually had physical buttons. That experience shows up in how we structure projects—less guesswork, more intentional decisions based on what's worked before.
We're working on three projects right now, all scheduled for release between August and November 2025. Each one taught us something new about what Taiwan's mobile gaming audience responds to. Those insights get folded back into everything we build.
What Working Together Looks Like
No two projects follow the exact same path, but there's a structure that helps us stay aligned.
Discovery and Planning
We start by understanding what you're trying to build and why. This phase involves a lot of questions about your target audience, technical constraints, and timeline expectations. Usually takes two to three weeks.
Prototype Development
Before investing in full production, we build a playable prototype focusing on core mechanics. This lets us test whether the game feels right before committing resources to art and audio.
Production and Testing
Once mechanics are solid, we move into full development. This includes building out levels, adding visual polish, and running constant testing across different devices. We keep you involved with weekly builds.
Launch Support
Shipping the game isn't the end. We stick around for the first few weeks to handle any technical issues that come up and help with initial player feedback. Most problems show up in the first month anyway.
Let's Talk About Your Project
We're currently booking projects for late 2025 and early 2026. If you have an idea for a mobile platform game and want to work with a team that's been doing this for a while, let's have a conversation about what's possible.
